The Merrimack Valley The Pride (Penacook, NH) football were winner over the visiting Kennett Eagles (Conway, NH), 28-7 in Saturday's league outing.

The The Pride now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Trinity for a Division II - East outing on Saturday, October 5. Merrimack Valley will clash with a Pioneers squad coming off a 55-7 league win over Pembroke (Pembroke, NH). The Pioneers record now stands at 3-1.

With the defeat, Kennett drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Eagles host St. Thomas Aquinas (Dover, NH) to clash with the Saints in a Division II - East outing on Friday, October 4.
