The Edison Chargers walloped the visiting Capistrano Valley Cougars flag football team by a score of 47-7 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Chargers face the San Juan Hills Stallions (San Juan Capistrano, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 28. Edison will attempt to improve on its 6-12 season record. The Stallions go into the challenge with a 8-8 record after their 21-7 league win over Beckman (Irvine, CA).
The Cougars (1-15) will now prepare for their challenge against Mater Dei (Santa Ana, CA). The Monarchs go into the non-league challenge with a 4-7 record. In their last challenge, Mater Dei was ripped by Santa Margarita (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA), 45-0, in a league challenge.
