The Maricopa Rams got by the host North Mustangs flag football team by a score of 1-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Rams face the Arizona College Prep Knights (Chandler, AZ) in a 5A San Tan challenge, on Tuesday, October 1. Maricopa will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Knights go into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 42-20 non-league win over Chaparral (Scottsdale, AZ).
The Mustangs (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Carl Hayden Community (Phoenix, AZ). The Falcons go into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Carl Hayden Community was edged by Desert Edge (Goodyear, AZ), 21-0, in a non-league challenge.
