Arizona High School Flag Football - O'Connor defeats Mesquite

In Saturday's non-league match, the host O'Connor Eagles flag football squad scored a good 20-0 victory over the Mesquite Wildcats.

The Eagles (5-3) will now prepare for their match against Cesar Chavez (Laveen, AZ). The Champions enter the non-league match with a 2-3 record. In their last match, Cesar Chavez thwarted Tolleson (Tolleson, AZ), 36-19, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Wildcats confront the Saguaro Sabercats (Scottsdale, AZ) in a match, on Tuesday, October 1. Mesquite will attempt to upgrade on its 6-2 season record. The Sabercats enter the match with a 1-2 record after their 20-13 non-league win over Leading Edge Academy - GEC (Gilbert, AZ).
