Wood River Wolverines (Hailey, ID) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Century Diamondbacks (Pocatello, ID), 6-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Wood River moves its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Jerome (Jerome, ID) to clash with the Tigers in a 5A Great Basin test on Thursday, October 3. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 2-7.
The Diamondbacks now sport a 0-10 record. They take the field next when they host Preston for a 5A South East Idaho test on Thursday, October 3.
