In Saturday's non-league match, the host Mullen Mustangs football squad scored a close 16-15 triumph over the Regis Jesuit Raiders.
The Mustangs (1-3) will now prepare for their match against Vista PEAK Prep (Aurora, CO). The Bison come into the non-league match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Vista PEAK Prep was nudged by Grandview (Aurora, CO), 42-7, in a non-league match.
Coming up next, the Raiders confront the Chaparral Wolverines (Parker, CO) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 3. Regis Jesuit will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Wolverines come into the match with a 0-2 record after their 13-0 non-league loss to Castle View (Castle Rock, CO).
