The South Gate Rams volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Kennedy Cougars to 0 in the Rams non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Rams now have a 15-0 record. They play next when they travel to Taft for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 28. South Gate will play a Toreadors team coming off a 2-0 league win over Chatsworth (Chatsworth, CA). The Toreadors record now stands at 12-4.

With the loss, Kennedy drops to 3-5 on the campaign. The Cougars host Wiseburn- Da Vinci (El Segundo, CA) to play the Wolves in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 28. The Wolves come into the outing with a record of 2-5. Wiseburn- Da Vinci won 2-1 in their recent league outing against Peninsula (Rolling Hills Estates, CA)
