The Rocklin Thunder (Rocklin, CA) volleyball knocked off the host Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Thunder now possess a 13-7 record. They play next when they travel to Del Oro for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 28. Rocklin will clash with a Golden Eagles team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Folsom (Folsom, CA). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 2-6.

With the loss, Nevada Union drops to 4-5 on the campaign. The Miners travel to Yuba City (Yuba City, CA) to clash with the Honkers in a bout on Tuesday, October 1. The Honkers come into the bout with a record of 0-6. Yuba City lost 2-0 in their recent league bout against River Valley (Yuba City, CA)
