With the triumph, Charleston moves its record to 3-9 on the campaign. The Trojans host Robinson (Robinson, IL) to clash with the Maroons in a non-league test on Wednesday, October 2. The Maroons come into the test with a record of 0-9. Robinson lost 6-0 in their recent non-league test against Altamont (Altamont, IL)

The Tigers now sport a 5-8 record. They take the field next when they host Mt. Zion for a non-league test on Monday, September 30. Richland County will clash with a Braves team coming off a 2-2 non-league Bloomington (Bloomington, IL). The Braves record now stands at 5-7.
