Nebraska High School Softball - Pius X succumbs to Blair

In Saturday's non-league test, the Blair Bears (Blair, NE) softball squad overwhelmed the host Pius X Thunderbolts (Lincoln, NE), by a tally of 9-0.

Next, the Bears clash with the Standing Bear Grizzlies (Lincoln, NE) in a non-league test, on Monday, September 30. Blair will attempt to advance on its 23-6 season record. The Grizzlies go into the test with a 5-21 record after their 4-2 non-league win over Grand Island (Grand Island, NE).

The Thunderbolts (11-13) will now prepare for their test against Wayne (Wayne, NE). The Blue Devils go into the non-league test with a 15-8 record. In their last test, Wayne was routed by Gering (Gering, NE), 15-6, in a non-league test.
