Nebraska High School Softball - Skutt Catholic sneaks past Lincoln East

The Skutt Catholic SkyHawks softball team scored 11 runs and held the host Lincoln East Spartans to 10 in the SkyHawks non-league win on Saturday.
The SkyHawks now possess a 19-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Duchesne/Roncalli for a non-league battle on Tuesday, October 1. Skutt Catholic will confront a team coming off a 19-18 league loss to Gross Catholic (Omaha, NE). The record now stands at 7-12.
With the loss, Lincoln East moves to 17-12 on the season. The Spartans host Columbus (Columbus, NE) to confront the Discoverers in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 28. The Discoverers come into the battle with a record of 7-17. Columbus won 8-7 in their recent league battle against Lincoln Southeast (Lincoln, NE)
