The Aztecs now possess a 8-9 record. They play next when they travel to Pacifica for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 28. Azusa will clash with a Tritons team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Oxnard (Oxnard, CA). The Tritons record now stands at 6-10.

With the loss, Carpinteria drops to 2-13 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Malibu (Malibu, CA) to clash with the Sharks in a Citrus Coast bout on Tuesday, October 1.
