In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Tri-City United [Montgomery-Lonsdale/Le Center] Titans volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Cedar Mountain Cougars.

The Titans (7-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial (Lake Crystal, MN). The Knights come into the non-league challenge with a 14-3 record. In their last challenge, Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial edged Sibley East (Arlington, MN), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Cougars meet the Kenyon-Wanamingo Knights (Kenyon, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 28. Cedar Mountain will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 9-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Hayfield (Hayfield, MN).
