In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Culver City Centaurs volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the San Pedro Pirates.

The Centaurs (18-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Kennedy (Granada Hills, CA). The Cougars enter the non-league challenge with a 11-6 record. In their last challenge, Kennedy beat Beverly Hills (Beverly Hills, CA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Pirates meet the Los Angeles CES Unicorns (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 28. San Pedro will attempt to upgrade on its 8-11 season record. The Unicorns enter the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 3-0 league loss to Palisades (Pacific Palisades, CA).
