Dearborn Pioneers (Dearborn, MI) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Roosevelt Bears (Wyandotte, MI), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Dearborn improves its record to 7-11 on the season. The Pioneers travel to Melvindale (Melvindale, MI) to encounter the Cardinals in a non-league test on Saturday, September 28. The Cardinals go into the test with a record of 2-7. Melvindale won 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Redford Union (Redford, MI)

The Bears now own a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lincoln Park for a Downriver test on Thursday, October 3. Roosevelt will encounter a Railsplitters squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Allen Park (Allen Park, MI). The Railsplitters record now stands at 6-11.
