The Panthers (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against Mountain View Christian (Las Vegas, NV). The Saints enter the 1A South contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Mountain View Christian was tipped by Beaver Dam (Littlefield, AZ), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Vandals meet the Carlin Railroaders (Carlin, NV) in a 1A Eastern contest, on Thursday, October 3. Eureka will attempt to move on its 17-4 season record. The Railroaders enter the contest with a 2-6 record after their 3-0 league win over Jackpot (Jackpot, NV).
