Kentucky High School Volleyball - Frederick Douglass tips Logan County

The Frederick Douglass Broncos volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Logan County Cougars to 1 in the Broncos non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Broncos now have a 19-6 record. They play next when they travel to Central Hardin for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 28. Frederick Douglass will play a Bruins team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Great Crossing (Georgetown, KY). The Bruins record now stands at 17-3.

With the loss, Logan County drops to 12-11 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Lexington Catholic (Lexington, KY) to play the Knights in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 28. The Knights come into the outing with a record of 17-3. Lexington Catholic won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Madison Central (Richmond, KY)
