Illinois High School Volleyball - Hall over Reed-Custer

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Hall Red Devils (Spring Valley, IL) and the host Reed-Custer Comets (Braidwood, IL), observed Hall's volleyball team top Reed-Custer by a count of 2-0.

The Red Devils (12-9) will now prepare for their contest against Marquette (Ottawa, IL). The Crusaders enter the non-league contest with a 8-6 record. In their last contest, Marquette was knocked off by Henry-Senachwine (Henry, IL), 2-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Comets meet the Wilmington Wildcats (Wilmington, IL) in a Illinois Central Eight contest, on Tuesday, October 1. Reed-Custer will attempt to move on its 2-17 season record. The Wildcats enter the contest with a 14-5 record after their 2-0 league win over Streator (Streator, IL).
