In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Westinghouse Warriors volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Hancock Eagles.

The Warriors (12-6) will now prepare for their challenge against De La Salle (Chicago, IL). The Meteors enter the non-league challenge with a 2-9 record. In their last challenge, De La Salle was beaten by Payton College Prep (Chicago, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Eagles meet the Payton College Prep Grizzlies (Chicago, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 30. Hancock will attempt to upgrade on its 5-10 season record. The Grizzlies enter the challenge with a 13-5 record after their 2-1 league win over Kenwood (Chicago, IL).
