The Iola Mustangs topped the host Lyndon Tigers volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Mustangs face the Burlington Wildcats (Burlington, KS) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 28. Iola will attempt to advance on its 10-8 season record. The Wildcats go into the game with a 8-8 record after their 2-1 league loss to Prairie View (La Cygne, KS).

The Tigers (14-6) will now prepare for their game against Mission Valley (Eskridge, KS). The Vikings go into the Flint Hills game with a 11-12 record. In their last game, Mission Valley gained a win over Cair Paravel (Topeka, KS), 2-1, in a league game.
