In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Twin Cedars Sabers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Meskwaki Settlement Warriors.
The Sabers (6-14) will now prepare for their challenge against B-G-M (Brooklyn, IA). The Bears come into the non-league challenge with a 3-9 record. In their last challenge, B-G-M was beaten by Lynnville-Sully (Sully, IA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Warriors meet the North Tama Red Hawks (Traer, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 1. Meskwaki Settlement will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record. The Red Hawks come into the challenge with a 13-11 record after their 3-0 league win over Collins-Maxwell (Maxwell, IA).
