The Montpelier Solons topped the host Missisquoi Valley Thunderbirds volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next up, the Solons confront the Enosburg Falls Hornets (Enosburg Falls, VT) in a Northern game, on Saturday, October 5. Montpelier will attempt to advance on its 3-7 season record. The Hornets go into the game with a 4-6 record after their 3-1 league win over Randolph (Randolph, VT).
The Thunderbirds (0-8) will now prepare for their game against Harwood (Moretown, VT). The Highlanders go into the non-league game with a 8-2 record. In their last game, Harwood gained a win over Colchester (Colchester, VT), 3-2, in a non-league game.
