Washington High School Football - Franklin Pierce defeats Orting

September 29, 2022: Tacoma, WA 98445

In Thursday's league match, the host Franklin Pierce Cardinals football squad scored a good 30-22 victory over the Orting Cardinals.

In their next game, the Cardinals clash with the Enumclaw Hornets (Enumclaw, WA) in a 2A South Puget Sound match, on Thursday, October 6. Franklin Pierce will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Hornets enter the match with a 5-0 record after their 56-13 league win over Steilacoom (Steilacoom, WA).

The Cardinals (1-4) will now prepare for their match against Washington (Tacoma, WA). The Patriots enter the 2A South Puget Sound match with a 2-3 record. In their last match, Washington ran past White River (Buckley, WA), 63-14, in a league match.
