Georgia High School Football - Glascock County drops to Hancock Central

In Thursday's league game, the Hancock Central Bulldogs (Sparta, GA) football team knocked off the host Glascock County Panthers (Gibson, GA), by a score of 44-14.

The Bulldogs (2-4) will now prepare for their game against Georgia Military College (Milledgeville, GA). The Bulldogs come into the A D2 Region 5 game with a 1-5 record.

The Panthers now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Twiggs County for a A D2 Region 5 game on Friday, October 7. Glascock County will battle a Cobras team coming off a 56-6 league loss to Wilkinson County (Irwinton, GA). The Cobras record now stands at 2-4.
