The crowd at Thursday's league contest between the Stuart W. Cramer Storm (Belmont, NC) and the host Huss Huskies (Gastonia, NC), observed Stuart W. Cramer's football squad edge Huss by a tally of 22-21.

The Storm now possess a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Ashbrook for a 3A West Conference 50 contest on Friday, October 7. Stuart W. Cramer will play a Greenwave squad coming off a 37-14 league win over North Gaston (Dallas, NC). The Greenwave record now stands at 2-4.

Coming up next, the Huskies play the Forestview Jaguars (Gastonia, NC) in a 3A West Conference 50 contest, on Friday, October 7. Huss will attempt to advance on its 1-5 season record. The Jaguars go into the contest with a 3-3 record after their 48-7 league loss to Kings Mountain (Kings Mountain, NC).
