North Carolina High School Football - Jones beat Lejeune

September 29, 2022: Trenton, NC 28585

The Jones Trojans football squad scored 48 points and restricted the visiting Lejeune Devil Pups to 21 in the Trojans league win on Thursday.

The Trojans now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they host East Carteret for a 1A/2A East Conference 3 contest on Friday, October 7.

Coming up next, the Devil Pups play the Pamlico County Hurricanes (Bayboro, NC) in a 1A/2A East Conference 3 contest, on Friday, October 7. Lejeune will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Hurricanes go into the contest with a 1-5 record after their 22-8 league loss to Southside (Chocowinity, NC).
