The Foothill Knights (Santa Ana, CA) football defeated the host Canyon Comanches (Anaheim, CA), 32-16 in Thursday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Knights face the El Modena Vanguards (Orange, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, October 6. Foothill will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Vanguards enter the bout with a 3-3 record after their 31-13 non-league loss to Woodrow Wilson (Long Beach, CA).
The Comanches (3-2) will now prepare for their bout against Villa Park (Villa Park, CA). The Spartans enter the non-league bout with a 1-2 record. In their last bout, Villa Park lost by Oak Hills (Hesperia, CA), 16-14, in a non-league bout.
