The crowd at Thursday's league test between the Colonie Central Raiders (Albany, NY) and the visiting Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Spartans (Burnt Hills, NY), saw Colonie Central's soccer squad knock off Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake by a count of 5-3.

The Raiders now hold a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Niskayuna for a Suburban Council- Blue test on Saturday, October 1. Colonie Central will meet a Silver Warriors squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Bethlehem Central (Delmar, NY). The Silver Warriors record now stands at 7-2.

With the loss, Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake drops to 4-5 on the season. The Spartans host Schenectady (Schenectady, NY) to meet the Patriots in a Suburban Council- Blue test on Saturday, October 1. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 0-5.
