In Thursday's non-league game, the Queen Anne's County Lions (Centreville, MD) football team smashed the visiting Bennett Clippers (Salisbury, MD), by a final score of 42-8.
The Lions (3-1) will now prepare for their game against Easton (Easton, MD). The Warriors come into the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Easton was trounced by North Caroline (Ridgely, MD), 35-18, in a non-league game.
The Clippers now hold a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Southern for a non-league game on Thursday, October 6.
