The Travelers Rest Devildogs football team (Travelers Rest, SC), was knocked off 38-30 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Broome Centurions (Spartanburg, SC)

The Centurions (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Blue Ridge (Greer, SC). The Fighting Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Blue Ridge was knocked off by Christ Church Episcopal (Greenville, SC), 34-12, in a non-league challenge.

The Devildogs now sport a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Carolina Academy for a challenge on Thursday, October 6.
