The George C. Marshall Statesmen football team (Falls Church, VA), was beaten 35-8 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the visiting James Madison Warhawks (Vienna, VA)

The Warhawks (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Oakton (Vienna, VA). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Oakton achieved victory over West Springfield (Springfield, VA), 14-12, in a non-league challenge.

The Statesmen now sport a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they host Yorktown for a challenge on Thursday, October 13.
