In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Rio Grande Ravens soccer squad scored a close 2-1 win over the Hope Christian Huskies.
The Ravens (5-0) will now prepare for their battle against Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM). The Tigers go into the non-league battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Los Lunas was nudged by Santa Fe (Santa Fe, NM), 5-0, in a non-league battle.
The Huskies (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Del Norte (Albuquerque, NM). The Knights go into the non-league battle with a 2-2 record.
