The Valencia Jaguars topped the visiting Sandia Prep Sundevils volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Jaguars now have a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Grants for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 4. Valencia will confront a Pirates team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Aztec (Aztec, NM). The Pirates record now stands at 7-3.
The Sundevils (2-8) will now prepare for their test against Bernalillo (Bernalillo, NM). The Spartans enter the non-league test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, Bernalillo was knocked off by Highland (Albuquerque, NM), 2-0, in a non-league test.
