The Prior Lake Lakers topped the host Apple Valley Eagles volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.

The Lakers now have a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lakeville South for a South Suburban test on Wednesday, October 5. Prior Lake will confront a Cougars team coming off a 3-1 league win over Burnsville (Burnsville, MN). The Cougars record now stands at 14-5.

The Eagles (2-8) will now prepare for their test against Eastview (Apple Valley, MN). The Lightning enter the South Suburban test with a 8-10 record. In their last test, Eastview gained a win over DeLaSalle (Minneapolis, MN), 3-0, in a non-league test.
