In Thursday's league contest, the Bloomington Central Catholic Saints (Bloomington, IL) volleyball squad knocked off the host Prairie Central Hawks (Fairbury, IL), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Saints battle the Roanoke-Benson Rockets (Roanoke, IL) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, October 4. Bloomington Central Catholic will attempt to better on its 15-8 season record. The Rockets come into the contest with a 4-13 record after their 2-0 league win over Dwight (Dwight, IL).

With the loss, Prairie Central drops to 10-13 on the campaign. The Hawks host Tolono Unity (Tolono, IL) to battle the Rockets in a Illini Prairie contest on Tuesday, October 4. The Rockets come into the contest with a record of 9-11.
