The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the DC International Dragons (Washington, DC) and the visiting Thurgood Marshall Academy Warriors (Washington, DC), saw DC International's volleyball squad beat Thurgood Marshall Academy by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, DC International upgrades its record to 8-7 on the year. The Dragons host Friendship Collegiate Academy (Washington, DC) to play the Knights in a PCSAA bout on Thursday, October 6. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 1-2.

The Warriors now own a 4-2 record. They play next when they host Parkside for a PCSAA bout on Tuesday, October 4. Thurgood Marshall Academy will play a Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Washington Latin Public Charter School (Washington, DC). The Eagles record now stands at 0-2.
