Jackson-Reed Tigers (Washington, DC) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Dunbar Crimson Tide (Washington, DC), 2-0 in a league match.
Next up, the Tigers battle the Banneker Bulldogs (Washington, DC) in a DCIAA match, on Tuesday, October 4. Jackson-Reed will attempt to advance on its 12-3 season record. The Bulldogs come into the match with a 0-1 record after their 0-0 non-league Georgetown Day (Washington, DC).
With the loss, Dunbar drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Crimson tide host School Without Walls (Washington, DC) to battle the Penguins in a DCIAA match on Tuesday, October 11. The Penguins come into the match with a record of 6-3.
