In Thursday's league contest, the Gilford Golden Eagles (Gilford, NH) volleyball squad were winner over the host Kennett Eagles (Conway, NH), by a margin of 3-1.
Next up, the Golden Eagles face the Laconia Sachems (Laconia, NH) in a Division II contest, on Friday, September 30. Gilford will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record. The Sachems go into the contest with a 3-5 record after their 3-1 league loss to ConVal (Peterborough, NH).
With the loss, Kennett moves to 2-5 on the year. The Eagles travel to Kingswood (Wolfeboro, NH) to face the Knights in a Division II contest on Monday, October 3. The Knights go into the contest with a record of 4-4.
