The Pleasant Valley Raiders (Jacksonville, AL) volleyball overcame the visiting Glencoe Yellowjackets (Glencoe, AL), 3-1 in Thursday's non-league outing.

With the win, Pleasant Valley upgrades its record to 13-8 on the year. The Raiders travel to Alexandria (Alexandria, AL) to face the Valley Cubs in a non-league outing on Saturday, October 1. The Valley Cubs go into the outing with a record of 17-9.

The Yellowjackets now own a 16-16 record. They play next when they host Southside for a non-league battle on Saturday, October 1.
