The Schalmont Sabres volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Indians to 1 in the Sabres league victory on Thursday.

The Sabres now have a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saratoga Central Catholic for a non-league game on Saturday, October 1.

The Indians (1-6) will now prepare for their game against Cohoes (Cohoes, NY). The Tigers enter the Section 2 Colonial - Liberty game with a 0-8 record. In their last game, Cohoes dropped by Academy of the Holy Names (Albany, NY), 3-0, in a league game.
