The McLoud Redskins held off the host Anadarko Warriors football team by a count of 20-18 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, McLoud upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Redskins host Metro Christian (Tulsa, OK) to encounter the Patriots in a 3A District 1 outing on Friday, October 6. The Patriots go into the outing with a record of 3-3. Metro Christian lost 21-7 in their recent league outing against Perkins-Tryon (Perkins, OK)

With the loss, Anadarko moves to 1-4 on the season. The Warriors travel to Perkins-Tryon (Perkins, OK) to encounter the Demons in a 3A District 1 outing on Friday, October 6. The Demons go into the outing with a record of 4-1. Perkins-Tryon won 21-7 in their recent league outing against Metro Christian (Tulsa, OK)
