Weaver Bearcats (Weaver, AL) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team rout the visiting Asbury Rams (Albertville, AL), 55-6 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Weaver improves its record to 2-4 on the campaign. The Bearcats host Saks (Anniston, AL) to confront the Wildcats in a 3A Region 4 test on Friday, October 6. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 0-6. Saks lost 42-6 in their recent non-league test against Comer (Sylacauga, AL)

With the loss, Asbury drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Rams host Madison Academy (Madison, AL) to confront the Mustangs in a 3A Region 7 test on Friday, October 6. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 5-0. Madison Academy won 63-7 in their recent non-league test against Madison County (Gurley, AL)
