In Friday's league game, the Whale Branch Warriors (Beaufort, SC) football team smashed the host Bethune-Bowman Mohawks (Orangeburg, SC), by a final score of 50-6.

The Warriors (5-0) will now prepare for their game against Allendale-Fairfax (Fairfax, SC). The Tigers come into the A Region 7 game with a 3-3 record.

The Mohawks now hold a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Allendale-Fairfax for a A Region 7 game on Friday, October 6. Bethune-Bowman will battle a Tigers team coming off a 32-0 league win over Branchville (Branchville, SC). The Tigers record now stands at 3-3.
