The Kossuth Aggies football squad scored 17 points and restricted the host Booneville Blue Devils to 13 in the Aggies league victory on Friday.
The Aggies now possess a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Holly Springs for a non-league battle on Thursday, October 5. Kossuth will face a Hawks squad coming off a 20-8 league loss to Independence (Independence, MS). The Hawks record now stands at 3-3.
Coming up next, the Blue Devils face the Belmont Cardinals (Belmont, MS) in a 3A Region 1 battle, on Friday, October 6. Booneville will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Cardinals enter the battle with a 3-2 record after their 26-20 league win over Alcorn Central (Glen, MS).
