The Boothbay Seahawks (Boothbay Harbor, ME) football overcame the visiting Telstar Rebels (Bethel, ME), 18-8 in Friday's league bout.
In their next game, the Seahawks face the Sacopee Valley Hawks (Cornish, ME) in a 8-Man Small South (8 Man) bout, on Friday, October 6. Boothbay will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Hawks enter the bout with a 2-3 record after their 82-0 league loss to Old Orchard Beach (Old Orchard Beach, ME).
The Rebels (1-4) will now prepare for their bout against Traip (Kittery, ME). The Rangers enter the 8-Man Small South (8 Man) bout with a 1-5 record. In their last bout, Traip thwarted Mount View (Thorndike, ME), 42-6, in a league bout.
