    The Brandon Blackhawks football squad scored 36 points and restricted the visiting Owosso Trojans to 20 in the Blackhawks league victory on Friday.

    The Blackhawks now possess a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Goodrich for a Flint Metro - Lower battle on Friday, October 6. Brandon will face a Martians squad coming off a 35-7 league loss to Corunna (Corunna, MI). The Martians record now stands at 5-1.

    Coming up next, the Trojans face the Lake Fenton Blue Devils (Linden, MI) in a Flint Metro - Lower battle, on Friday, October 6. Owosso will attempt to advance on its 2-4 season record. The Blue Devils enter the battle with a 4-2 record after their 69-6 league win over Clio (Clio, MI).
