Virginia High School Football - Fort Hill victorious over Briar Woods

September 29, 2023: Ashburn, VA 20148

The Fort Hill Sentinels (Cumberland, MD) football overcame the host Briar Woods Falcons (Ashburn, VA), 28-0 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Sentinels clash with the Mountain Ridge Miners (Frostburg, MD) in a Western Maryland bout, on Friday, October 6. Fort Hill will attempt to move on its 5-0 season record. The Miners enter the bout with a 5-0 record after their 24-14 non-league win over Frankfort (Ridgeley, WV).

The Falcons (4-1) will now prepare for their bout against Riverside (Leesburg, VA). The Ram enter the Potomac bout with a 4-1 record. In their last bout, Riverside was toppled by Loudoun County (Leesburg, VA), 17-10, in a non-league bout.
