The Norwalk Warriors football team (Norwalk, IA), was beaten 17-7 in Friday's league challenge with the host Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs (Dallas Center, IA)
The Mustangs (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Glenwood (Glenwood, IA). The Rams come into the 4A District 6 challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Glenwood achieved victory over Winterset (Winterset, IA), 42-14, in a league challenge.
The Warriors now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Jefferson for a 4A District 6 challenge on Friday, October 6. Norwalk will meet a Yellowjackets team coming off a 63-13 league loss to Lewis Central (Council Bluffs, IA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 3-3.
