Michigan High School Football - Houghton Lake sneaks past Roscommon

September 29, 2023: Houghton Lake, MI 48629

The Houghton Lake Bobcats (Houghton Lake, MI) football edged the visiting Roscommon Bucks (Roscommon, MI), 54-52 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Bobcats face the Lake City Trojans (Lake City, MI) in a Highland bout, on Friday, October 6. Houghton Lake will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Trojans enter the bout with a 4-2 record after their 28-22 league win over McBain (McBain, MI).

The Bucks (0-6) will now prepare for their bout against Manton (Manton, MI). The Rangers enter the Highland bout with a 0-6 record. In their last bout, Manton was nudged by Pine River Area (Leroy, MI), 36-28, in a league bout.
