The Crusaders (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Hillside (Hillside, NJ). The Comets come into the Big Central - Patriot Silver challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Hillside was tipped by St. Thomas Aquinas (Edison, NJ), 17-0, in a non-league challenge.

The Pioneers now sport a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Metuchen for a Big Central - Patriot Silver challenge on Friday, October 6. New Providence will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 21-14 league loss to Abraham Clark (Roselle, NJ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-4.
